Privacy notice

Who processes your data

• The controller is Smash Capital d.o.o., Trg žrtava fašizma 1, 10000 Zagreb, OIB 94219342701, which runs Sportski centar Prince, Sisačka cesta 17c, 10000 Zagreb.
• For any question about personal data, write to info@prince.hr.

What data we collect

• Account: first and last name, e-mail and address; optionally phone, photo and a company name, OIB and company address for an R1 invoice. When you sign in with Google, Google gives us the account’s name, e-mail and photo.
• Bookings and payments: time, court, number of people, amount and payment method. Card details are processed by Stripe; we neither see nor store them.
• Bookings from Sporty Plus: if you booked a court through that platform, we take the details of that booking from it (time and the name on the booking).
• Messages: conversations with the staff (on the website, by e-mail or on WhatsApp if you write to us there) and messages between coaches and players.
• Coaches: the coach profile (club, licence, description, training formats and prices, languages, photo, public contact) and availability. The public profile is visible to everyone only after your consent and the staff’s confirmation.
• Players looking for a coach: the questionnaire (level, preferred times, wishes, location, coach’s gender). Coaches see it only if you agreed to it.
• Trainees a coach adds to their own list: the name and, optionally, an e-mail or phone.
• Technical data: sign-in and session data and records of the staff’s actions (for example who opened a profile or read a conversation).

Why we process it and on what basis

• Performance of a contract: booking and charging for courts, the R1 invoice, arrangements and trainings between coaches and players, notices about bookings.
• Legal obligation: accounting and tax rules.
• Legitimate interest: system security, preventing abuse and resolving disputes (including moderating messages).
• Consent: the coach’s public profile, coaches seeing a seeker’s questionnaire and automatic e-mail notices. You can withdraw consent in your profile at any time.

Who sees your data

• The staff of Sportski centar Prince (the owner and the reception), as far as their work requires.
• Coaches and players each other, only as far as a shared training, request or conversation goes; a seeker the coach does not know yet is shown by first name and last-name initial only.
• The public: only a coach’s public profile, with their consent.
• Processors that provide services for us: Supabase (database and sign-in, EU, Ireland), Lovable (website hosting), Resend (sending e-mail), Stripe (card payments), Google (sign-in with Google), Meta (WhatsApp, if you write to us there) and Sporty Plus (taking over bookings from that platform).

Messages between coaches and players

The staff may read a conversation between a coach and a player for safety and to resolve disputes. Every such reading is recorded in the conversation’s history.

How long we keep data

• Messages between coaches and players: 24 months from sending.
• The coach-seeker questionnaire: 12 months from its last change, if in that time you neither sent nor received a request and had no training.
• Bookings, payments and invoices: 11 years, as the Croatian Accounting Act requires for accounting records.
• Your account: until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

• You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent.
• Send your request to info@prince.hr; we reply within one month.
• You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only necessary browser storage: your sign-in, the chosen language and choices remembered during booking. We use no advertising cookies and no visitor-tracking tools.

Changes

We will tell you about material changes to this notice on the website and in the app.
